摘 要:通过氧指数、垂直燃烧、热失重、锥形量热和电镜扫描等研究了由双酚 A 双(磷酸二苯酯)(BDP)与聚磷酸铵(APP)组成的膨胀型阻燃剂对环氧树脂的阻燃性能和阻燃机理。结果表明,BDP/APP 膨胀型阻燃剂对环氧树脂有较好的阻燃性能,使环氧树脂氧指数达到29.9%,垂直燃烧通过 UL94 V-0级,500℃残炭量达到34 8%,平均热释放速率下降70.7%,热释放速率峰值下降67.3%,有效燃烧热平均值下降24.1%。扫描电镜分析表明,经膨胀阻燃剂阻燃的环氧树脂燃烧后能够形成连续、致密、封闭、坚硬的焦化炭层。The effect of intumescent flame retardant (IFR) composed of bisphenol A bis(diphenyl) phosphate ester(BDP) and ammonium polyphosphate on epoxy resin was investigated by limiting oxygen index, horizontal and vertical firing, thermogravimetric analysis(TG), cone calorimetry, and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results demonstrated that BDP/APP was effective on the flame retardancy of epoxy resin. It was also found that the EP retarded by IFR could still pass UL94 Ⅴ-0 rating, and its limited oxygen index value could reach 29.9 %. TG data indicated that the amount of charred residue at 500 ℃ could achieve 34.8 %. The cone experimental results showed that the pk-HRR, av- HRR, and av-EHC of the EP retarded by IFR lowered 70.7 %, 67.3 %, and 24.1%, respectively, based on those of pure EP. SEM observation revealed that the puffy, continuous, intact, strong, and coking charred layers were formed by lots of closed bubbles in EP specimen filled with IFR after burning.
