摘 要:压裂施工结束后,为防止压裂液对地层产生二次污染,必须及时将压裂液排出地层。压裂液返排的程度直接影响生产井的生产效果。将压后产能与压裂液返排相结合,考虑压裂液返排在裂缝周围形成污染带的影响,建立了考虑压后返排的气液两相渗流模型,进行了数值差分求解,并模拟分析了返排率对气井产能的影响。模拟结果表明:压裂液返排率越高,即停留在地层中的压裂液越少,对地层伤害就越小,气井初期产量就越大。压裂液返排率的提高对于提高气井初期产能,以及累计产能起着重要的作用。In order to reduce secondary pollution, fracturing fluid should be discharged in time after fracturing. The effect of production well is directly affected by flowback rate. Considering the effect of pollution zone around fractures, combined with productivity and flowback rate, a gasliquid two-phase percolation model is established and given the numerical solutions, and the influ- ence of flowback rate on gas well productivity is simulated and analyzed. The simulated results indicated that the higher the flowback rate is, the more early production is. The reason is that higher flowback rate means the residual fracturing fluid volume around fractures is smaller and formation damage is not serious. Therefore, it is an important reason to improve flowback rate to increase gas well early production and cumulative productivity.
