摘  要:随着油田进入高含水期,抽油泵泵筒和柱塞间的偏磨问题日趋严重。该问题严重影响泵的使用寿命和检泵周期。引起柱塞偏磨最主要的原因是柱塞和泵筒之间的接触位置在圆周方向上不变。油田高含水加剧了二者之间的偏磨。为此,设计研制了一种新型的柱塞防偏磨装置,即,柱塞自旋器。该装置能够带动柱塞作旋转运动,避免柱塞和泵筒总在某一处磨损,从而解决柱塞偏磨问题。通过20井次的现场试验,单井的检泵周期延长58.2 d。With oilfield into the high water-cut, the eccentric wear between pump barrel and plunger is worse and worse. This affects the raise of economic results during developing oilfield seriously. The foremost reason for eccentric wear between pump barrel and plunger is that the contact place between pump barrel and plunger is fixed on circle orientation. High water cut intensifies the eccentric wear. So a new device for preventing eccentric wear of plunger is developed. That is to say self-rotary connector for plunger. It is installed on the upper end of the plunger, and it will cause plunger do random self-rotation movement so that it can remove partial friction of the plunger and to resolve the problem of eccentric wear of plunger. 20 tests on site show that 58.2 d were prolonged for pump maintenance.
