摘 要:研究了一步沉淀制备纳米氧化铜的新工艺,通过对分散体系以及溶液投加方式的调整,在常温条件下实现沉淀直接转化为氧化铜,并对产物进行了XRD、TEM、FT-IR表征。分析结果显示,产物为纯氧化铜晶相,XRD结果计算其粒径在10nm以下,但由于二次结晶的发生,TEM观察其形貌发现该产品有团聚形成梭状大颗粒的趋势。将这种纳米氧化铜制备为脱硫剂,研究了其常温下对H2S的脱除能力,结果显示其具有较好的脱硫性能,出口气体H2S浓度控制在3ppm以下,经23h穿透以后,测得硫容为10.7%。这种氧化铜的一步法制备通过更简化的工艺,制备得到小粒径纳米氧化铜产品,具有工业化生产潜力。A new kind of technics for the synthesis of CuO nanoparticle is studied. By adjusting the dispersant system and the mix manner of the solutions, the CuO nanopanicle translate directly from the deposition at the normal temperature. XRD, TEM, FF - IR were used for the analysis, and the result shows that the production is the pure CuO crystal phase. The average panicle sizes are under 10 nm calculated by the result of the XRD. But the TEM images of the production show that the particles have the trend of reunite to bigger spindle - like grain. The nanoparticle was prepared as the desulfurization sorbent, and the capability for desulfurization under normal temperature was study. The result shows out good performance in desulfurzation, the H2S concentration in outlet can be controlled under 3 ppm. After 23 h the sorbent was breakthough,the sulfur capacity reach up to 10. 7%. The one - step method have the advantage in synthesis of CuO nanoparticle by simply technics, it has the potential for industry production.
