摘  要:研究了在8—300K温度范围中,Er3+/Yb3+共掺碲酸盐玻璃的1.5μm荧光光谱、上转换光谱与温度的关系.Er3+:4I13/2→4I15/2跃迁发射光谱通过高斯拟合和简单的四能级系统估计了Er3+离子4I13/2和4I15/2能级在碲酸盐中的Stark分裂.研究表明,随着温度的升高,Er3+:4I13/2→4I15/2跃迁发射峰a’和b’逐渐增强,导致了荧光半高宽的增加.通过上转换光谱测量,观察到3处上转换荧光,它们依次为529nm(2H11/2→4I15/2),546nm(4S3/2→4I15/2)和669nm(4F9/2→4I15/2).在上转换荧光强度与温度关系研究中,发现在80K附近,上转换绿光(546nm)和红光(669nm)的强度都达到了最大值,与300K温度条件下相应的上转换绿光和红光强度相比分别提高了2.198和1.556倍.随着温度的降低,529nm的绿光的荧光强度逐渐减弱,直至消失.The 1.5 μm emission spectrum corresponding to the ^4I13/2→^4I15/2 transition and upconversion of Er^3+ in tellurite glass in the temperature range from 8 to 300 K is studied. The emission spectrum of Er^3+ : ^4I13/2→^4I15/2 transition is also analyzed using a peak-fit routine, and an equivalent four-level system is proposed to estimate the Stark splitting for the ^4I15/2 and ^4I13/2 levels of Er^3+ in the tellurite glass. The results indicate that the ^4I13/2 →^4I15/2 emission of Er^3+ has considerable broadening due to a significant enhancement of the a' and b' emission peaks. Temperature-dependent FWHM are investigated, the results show that a monotonic increase of FWHM is observed for temperatures from 8 to 300 K. Intense upconversion emission signals around 529, 545 and 669 nm corresponding to the ^2H11/2, ^4S3/2 , and ^4F9/2 transitions, respectively, to the 4115/2 ground state are generated and are measured as functions of temperature in the 8 to 300 K range. The most remarkable result is observed in the green upconversion signal around 546 and 669 nm which presented a maximum intensity enhancement of 2. 198 and 1.556 times around 80 K compared with that around 300 K. Monotonic decrease is observed at temperatures above 80 K. In the same temperature range the signal at 529 nm diminishes to zero with lowering temperature.
