摘  要:研究了在阳离子型微乳液(CTMAB-正丁醇-环己烷-水)介质中,钼(Ⅵ)-5’-硝基水杨基荧光酮(5'-NSF)的显色反应。结果表明,在0.24~0.60mol·L^-1 HCl溶液中,钼与5'-NSF形成1:2的橙红色稳定络合物,其最大吸收波长为529nm,△λ=60nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε529=6.55×10^5mol^-1·cm^-1,钼的浓度在0~0.20mg/L范围内符合比尔定律。此方法灵敏度高,用于样品中微量钼的测定,结果令人满意。The chromogenic reaction of molybdenum( Ⅵ )-5'-nitrosalicylfluorone (5'-NSF)in cationic-microemulsion (CTMAB/n-C4H9OH/C6H12-H2O)medium was studied. The experimental result showed that molybdenum reacts with 5'-NSF to form a 1 : 2 salmon pink complex in the 0.24-0.60 mol · L^-1 HCl solution. The maximum absorption is at 529 nm,△λ=60 nm and the molar absorptivity is 6. 55×10^5 L · mol^-1 · cm^-1, Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-0.20 mg molybdenum(Ⅵ) per L. The proposed method has good sensitivity and has been applied to the determination of trace molybdenum( Ⅵ ) in the samples with high recovery and satisfactory results.
