摘　　要：随着我国社会的转型和社会经济的发展,实现优秀运动员培养方式社会化已经具有比较成熟的基础与条件,但在其发展中,仍然受到原有体制的主导作用、竞技项目的特殊性、以国家投入为主的行政体制的垄断行为以及国家化选拔的阻碍等因素的制约,为此,必然要求采取一种更加灵活、有效,同时可以充分反映出今后一段时期内竞技体育发展趋势的优秀运动员培养方式,从而保证我国竞技体育真正走上持续、快速、健康发展之路。The research shows that, with the social transformation and development of the economy, the base and condition for carrying out socialization of elite athlete cultivation becomes ripe. In the course of socialization of elite athlete cultivation＇ s development, however, it is restricted by the whole nation system, the particularity of athletics items, the monopolization of the administration system and encumbrance of national choosing. Therefore, we should adopt a more agility and efficient way for elite athlete cultivation which can reflect the trend of athletic sports in a period of time in order to achieve a sustained, speedy and healthy development of sports in China.
