摘　　要：竞技体育人才流动是在我国存在的普遍现象,这种流动带来了不良的示范效应,同时,也提升了我国竞技体育人才资源的效率。如何正确对待和认识这种人才流动现象,并采用适当的策略促进我国竞技体育人才合理有序的流动成为摆在广大体育工作者面前的一个重要课题。Sports Talent flow in China is common phenomena.
