摘　　要：自动调焦技术是提高CCD摄像机测量精度的一个重要手段,特别是在小景深及高精度的测量中。图像清晰度评价函数是计算机自动调焦中的关键技术。本文介绍了针对几种图像清晰度评价函数实现的CCD自动调焦过程以及调焦后可在低分辨率CCD摄像机上获得高分辨率图像的手段。Auto-focusing technology is an important way of improving the measurement accuracy of CCD camera, especially in the process of measuring small depth of field and high accuracy. Image definition criterion function is the key technology of computer auto-focusing. This article introduced several image definition criterions. They are refered to achieve the process of CCD auto-focusing and obtain the method of high resolution image on low resolution CCD camera.
