摘  要:通过对饲料级氧化锌生产中蒸氨-沉锌过程工艺的研究,得出在常压下蒸氨时间为混浊后10min为宜,料液中随蒸氨时间的增长总氨减少、固态锌增多;常温下加入碳酸氢铵量为所得碳酸锌量10%为宜,高纯度和高压力使通入二氧化碳气体沉锌效率增大。也得出应先加入碳酸氢铵后通入二氧化碳的操作顺序。研究了碳酸氢铵和二氧化碳量对产品纯度和产率的影响。开辟了一条新的生产饲料级氧化锌的工艺路线,即利用新中间体ZnSO4.Zn(OH)2来转化沉锌,通过此工艺可得优质饲料级活性氧化锌。This paper studied the technology of ammonia distillation and zinc deposition in the production of feed - grade zinc oxide. The results showed that 10 min ammonia distillation is adequate at atmospheric pressure after solution becomes turbid, and total ammonia decreases and solid zinc increases with the lengthening of time of ammonia distillation in the solution ; the appropriate addition amount of NH4HCO3 is 10% of prepared zinc carbonate under normal temperature, and high purity and pressure increase efficiency of zinc deposition with aerated CO2. In addition, the correct sequence of adding NH4HCO3 firstly and CO2 secondly and the effect of their quantities on product purity and yield were obtained as well. This method paves a new way for the production of feed - grade zinc oxide ,that is ,applying new intermediate Zn SO4 · Zn(OH)2 in the transformation of zinc deposition to obtain feed - grade high - quality activated zinc oxide.
