摘  要:一次反应器是钠法漂粉精的核心部件。分析了该反应器的反应特性,采用循环管式反应器和连续换热一维拟均相模型为基础建立该类反应器的数学模型,并由此得出较为合理的设备参数和工艺参数,为反应器的优化及放大提出模型依据。同时讨论了列管长度、数目、推进式搅拌器的循环流量对反应时间、产量的影响方式。通过分析发现列管的长度与产能无关,搅拌器的选型和径向上浓度分布是影响操作的关键。The primary reactor is the kernel of sodium- method calcium hypochlorite. This article analyzed its reactive characters and developed its mathematical model on the base of circulating pipe reactor and continuous - heat - exchange one- dimensional pseudo- homogeneous model ,from which, more reasonable equipment and technological parameters were obtained, which provide model foundation for optimization and amplification of the reactor. Meanwhile, the affecting way of length and number of tube and circular flow of push type agitator on reaction time and yield was discussed. Analysis disclosed that the length of pipe didn't relate to the capacity, the selection of agitator and the material distribution in direction of diameter are the key of operation.
