摘 要:目的:研究感冒药YL2000现代制剂中的挥发性成分,考查比较水煎与醇提工艺对复方挥发性成分的影响。方法:水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发性成分,GC-MS法进行分析鉴定,峰面积归一法测定各成分的相对含量,并与水煎剂的挥发性成分进行对比。结果:从YL2000醇提制剂中初步分离鉴定了68个成分;同水煎剂相比,醇提制剂提高了挥发油的得率,去除了大量脂肪酸类成分,但保留了水煎剂中的88%的萜类成分,并将其含量提高了约6倍;同单味药材相比,醇提制剂和水煎剂均富集了萜类成分而大大降低了蒎烯和蒈烯类成分的含量。结论:YL2000醇提制剂保留了水煎降低蒎烯和蒈烯含量的特点,而且进一步富集了水煎剂中的萜类有效成分,降低了脂肪酸类成分。Authors analyzed the essential oils derived from YL2000 ethanol decoction, and investigated the differences between the essential oils derived from water decoctions and from the four herbs. The essential oils of YL2000 ethanol decoction were extracted by water-steam distillation, and separated/identified by GC-MS. The components were calculated using the normalization approach, and compared against the reference. 68 compounds have been identified. Comparing with the water decoction, fatty acids were reduced, while terpenes increased. Meanwhile, both carene and pinene that are abundant in a single herb were not detected. Authors believe that the ethanol decoction retains the property of the water decoction on the one hand, and reduces both carene and pinene on the other. It enriches terpenes, and reduces fatty acids in the water decoction.
