摘　　要：护理质量是医院质量的重要组成部分,是护理工作的核心,是护理管理的重点。以人为本、科学有效、严谨完善、全方位的质量控制是保证护理质量和护理安全的基础,也是不断提升护理质量的重要手段。制订"以病人为中心"全员参与、全面管理、全程控制的护理质量管理标准,运用基础控制、环节控制、终末控制等方法,采取督导、检查、评价、反馈等措施。增强了各级护理人员的责任感,树立了全面质量保证意识,达到了预期质量控制的目标。Nursing care quality is an important component in hospital management as well as a core of nursing and a focus in nursing administration. A human-centered, scientific, effective, rigorous, complete and comprehensive quality control is basic for ensuring nursing care quality and safety. It also is an important approach to continuingly improve nursing care quality. In the light of setting up the patient-focused nursing care quality management standards reflecting all staff participation, comprehensive ad- ministration and throughout control, some strategies such as supervision, examination, evaluation and feedback were utilized through methods such as basic control, process control and end control, etc. These measures could strengthen the responsibilities of nursing staff at each grade, build awareness of ensuring comprehensive quality, and achieve the expected quality control goal.
