摘　　要：当前我国的电子政务建设一方面要以政务信息化基础设施为依托,另一方面还要与政府机构改革相结合,同时更需要有广大公众的参与,缺少任何一方面作支撑的电子政务建设都将成为空谈。On the one hand, E-government construction of our country needs supporting from Information infrastructure; On the other hand, it must be connected with government reform, at the same time, it needs participation of citizen mostly. E-government construction will be indulged in empty talk if lacking any base.
