摘　　要：目的:探讨超声对胆总管下段病变的诊断价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析43例胆总管下段病变患者的声像图特征,并与手术、病理结果进行对比。结果:超声诊断正确率为88.4%。结论:超声在诊断胆总管下段病变中具有重要的临床应用价值。Purpose： To investigate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of lower common bile duct segment. Materials and Methods： The characteristics of ultrasonography of 43 patients of the lower common bile duct segment were reviewed, and compared with the results of operations and pathologic analysis. Results： The accuracy rate of ultrasonographic examination was 88.4% （38/43） . Conclusion： UItrasonography plays an important role in diagnosis of lower common bile duct segment.
