再热器管泄漏原因分析

摘　　要：采用化学分析、金相分析,扫描电子显微镜等手段对抚顺发电有限责任公司2号炉低温再热器管泄漏原因进行了分析.结果表明:再热器管泄漏的主要原因是管内的凝结水中溶解氧和结垢造成管壁局部腐蚀减薄直至穿孔.同时提出了再热器管在使用过程中防止腐蚀的建议.Tubing leakage occurred of a re-heater at Fushun power plant, the relevant case analysis results showed that the leakage was induced by corrosion of the solved oxygen in the water under scale on the tube surface,which then resuhed in thinning of the tubing wall and finally in perforation of the tubes. In the meanwhile several measures for preventing the corrosion were proposed.
