摘　　要：针对现有代理授权体制不能实现逐级向下代理的问题,提出了一种层次代理授权体制.层次代理授权体制不仅可实现原始签名人授权1级代理签名人对消息进行签名,而且1级代理签名人可在许可范围内继续逐级授权.新体制具有实现简单且安全性高等特点,是迄今为止第一类实现层次代理授权的体制.Aiming at the problems that the first-level proxy signer can not continue to authorize the others in some cases in the digital signature schemes, the system of proxy authorization was researched and a hierarchy of proxy authorization scheme was proposed. The first-level proxy signer not only can be authorized by the original signer, but also can continue to authorize others under the agreement. The new system has higher＇security and can be easily carried out.
