摘  要:采用水培法,研究了硅(Si)对盐胁迫下耐盐性不同的2个黄瓜品种(津绿4号和津研4号)地上部及根系中N,P,Ca^(2+),K^+,Na^+,Mg^(2+),Mn^(2+),Zn^(2+),Si,Cl^-等矿质元素含量的影响.结果表明,津绿4号和津研4号经50 mmol.L^(-1)NaCl处理5,10 d后,地上部和根系中Ca^(2+),K^+,Zn^(2+)含量明显下降,Na^-,Cl^-,Mn^(2+)含量显著高于CK.Si可显著提高盐胁迫下黄瓜地上部和根系中Ca^(2+),K^+,Zn^(2+)含量,并降低Na^+,Cl^-,Mn^(2+)含量,Si可提高盐胁迫下黄瓜植株的干物质量和相对含水量,显著改善了盐胁迫下黄瓜植株的养分平衡状况.耐盐性不同的2个黄瓜品种,地上部和根系中元素含量变化无明显差异.Two cucumber cultivars were grown in a hydroponics culture system for the investigations of silicon(Si)on growth and mineral nutrient contents in seedling shoots and roots under salt stress. The results showed that the content of calcium ion ( Ca^2+ ) , potassium ion ( K^+ ) and zinc ion (Zn^2+ ) were significantly reduced by salt stress in cucumber seedling shoots and roots, while sodium ion ( Na^+ ) , chloride ion ( Cl^- ) and manganese ion ( Mn^2+) increased. Addition of Si increased Ca^2+ , K^+ and Zn^2+ content, but decreased Na^+ , Cl^- and Mn^2+ content. Additionally, it was found that the addition of Si increased cucumber dry matter and relative water content and improved the nutrient balance of salt-stressed cucumber. There were no significant differences in the changes of mineral nutrient concentration in shoots and roots of both cultivars after exposed to NaCl.
