常州市创建国家生态城市情势分析

摘　　要：从目前实际情况出发,分析了常州市创建国家生态市建设指标的差距以及与南京、苏州、无锡的差距,根据4个地区生态城市综合指数的计算和分析,从中找出了常州市的发展优势,并为常州市创建国家生态市指明定位.Based on actual circumstances, this article analyzed the gap between Changzhou and the national eco-city construction guideline and the gap between Changzhou City and Nanjing, Suzhou and Wuxi. On the basis of calculation and analysis, of eco-city comprehensive index （ECI） about the four cities, the article found out the development predominance of Changzhou City, and pointed out the eco-city orientation of Changzhou City.
