摘 要:作者采用亚慢性动物实验的方法,对砷氟联合作用对肝、肾的损伤进行了专题研究。研究结果表明:砷氟联合作用对肝、肾组织SOD、GSH—Px酶活性和-SH含量均有影响。砷与氟之间存在着拮抗作用。对肝组织Zn、Fe、Ca和Mg及肾组织Mg、Ca、Sr、Al的影响也属于拮抗作用。对肾脏Fe有明显蓄积作用,但对肾脏Mn的影响属协同作用。提示砷氟联合作用对肝、肾的损伤,一方面是砷和氟的直接作用,另一方面是砷氟通过影响肝、肾组织酶活性而引起自由基平衡紊乱及无机元素紊乱而造成损伤。尽管砷氟联合作用在对肝脏、肾脏多项指标影响方面呈拮抗作用,而这种拮抗作用也是通过组织细胞的代谢活动来体现的,因此不可避免地要影响组织细胞正常代谢活动而造成肝脏和肾脏的损伤。By using the method of subchronic animal experiment, the authors made themonographic study on effects of arsenic and fluoride in liver and kidney of rats. The results indicatedthat arsenic, fluoride and their combination had effects on the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH--Px) and the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) andsulphhydryl group (-SH). It suggests that there were antagonistic effects between arsenic andfluoride. Effects on Zn, Fe, Ca and Mg in liver and Ca, Mg, Sr and Al in kidney were alsoantagonistic effects. Arsenic could accumulate the content of Fe. With respect to effect on Mn, thereseemed to be synergism between arsenic and fluoride. As outlined above, the harms of arsenic andfluoride in liver and kidney have two aspects. One is the direct action. The other is indirectactionuthe disturbances of free radical balance and abnormal of metabolism of some inorganicelements. Although antagonism in many indices existed in liver and kidney, it had also been showedin processes of metabolism of cells. As a result, normal metabolism of cells could hardly avoidhaving been disturbed and the injury occured in liver and kidney.
