稀土元素对Cu-Cr真空触头材料电击穿性能的影响

摘  要:研究了不同稀土元素含量的Cu-Cr触头材料在低真空条件下的电击穿性能,通过试验测量不同稀土元素含量Cu-Cr触头材料的耐电压强度和阴阳两极间电压与距离的关系曲线。结果表明,稀土元素的加入可以显著提高Cu-Cr触头材料的耐电压强度并能缩短触头材料的灭弧距离,并且当稀土含量为0.20%时的效果比含量为0.06%时的更明显。The electrical breakedown property of contacts made from Cu-Cr alloys with different RE contents under low vacuum condition was studied. The dielectric strength of the contact materials was measured to obtain the relationship between voltage and the distance from cathode to anode. The result showed that the electric breakdown property and hardness of Cu-Cr contact materials containing RE both increase obviously because of the RE addition which can also shorten the blowout distance. It was revealed that the contact material containing 0.2% RE outperforms that containing 0.06% RE in electrical breakdown property.
