摘　　要：结合1050mm高速六辊可逆冷轧机开卷机电气控制系统,分析了张力的控制原理及其在工程中的应用,详细介绍了一种利用PLC和全数字直流传动装置实现恒张力控制的方法。现场运行表明,该系统工作稳定可靠、精度高,达到了所要求的各项性能指标。Combining with the uncoiler electric control system of 1 050 mm high-speed six-roller reversible cold rolling machine, the principle of tension control and the engineering application are analyzed. Particularly, the implementation method of constant tension control by adopting PLC and full digital DC drive device is introduced in detail. The field operation shows that the system runs stably and reliably, features high precision, and reaches all the demanded performance indices.
