摘 要:目的研究以黄芩、黄连、黄柏等三种中药制剂在体外对肠道致病菌的抗菌作用。方法采用连续稀释法,对该中药制剂的最低抑菌浓度进行了观察。结果该中药制剂为水提取液,配制成含纯中药200 g/L液体。黄芩、黄连、黄柏对大肠杆菌的最小抑制浓度依次为6.3、1.6和6.3 g/L;对金黄色葡萄球菌最小抑制浓度依次为1.6、0.8和3.2 g/L;对副溶血性弧菌的最小抑制浓度依次为1.6、0.8、0.8 g/L。结论黄芩、黄连、黄柏对体外革兰阳性菌和革兰阴性菌有较强的抑制作用。Objective To study the antibacterial efficacy of three herb preparations of Radix scutellariae , coptisine, Cortex phellodendri to intestinal pathogens. Methods Continuous gradient dilution was used to observe the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of these herb preparations. Results These Chinese herb preparations were water extracted by 200 g/L neat herbs. The MIC of Radix scutellariae , coptisine and Cortex phellodendri to Escherichia coli were 6.3 g/ L, 1.6 g/L and 6.3 g/L respectively, the MIC to Staphylococcus aureus were 1.6 g/L, 0.8 g/L and 3.2g/L respectively, the MIC to V. parahemolyticus were 1.6 g/L, 0.8 g/L and 0.8 g/L respectively. Conclusion The Chinese herb extractions of Radix scutellariae , coptisine and Cortex phellodendri had strong antibacterial efficacy to intestinal Gram - positive and Gram- negative pathogens.
