佳润皮肤消毒液洗手消毒法在手术室的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察佳润皮肤消毒液洗手消毒法在手术室的应用效果。方法采样棉拭涂抹采样法和细菌检验方法对该皮肤消毒液现场消毒效果进行了检测。结果使用佳润皮肤消毒液消毒手的医护人员经擦拭3遍之后,手上自然菌平均存活数<2 cfu/cm2;待过120 min后,手上自然菌平均存活数仍然<5 cfu/cm2。用常规刷手加诗乐氏消毒液消毒的医护人员,消毒后手上自然菌平均存活数<2 cfu/cm2;待过120 min后,手上自然菌平均存活数仍然<5 cfu/cm2。两组消毒方法消毒后手上存活菌数无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论两组洗手消毒方法对医护人员手消毒效果无明显差异,但佳润皮肤消毒液外科洗手消毒法流程简便,节省时间,消毒效果好。Objective To observe the application efficacy of Jia Run Brand skin disinfectant for hands - washing disinfection in operation room. Method Swab sampling and bacteria culture method were used to inspect the bactericidal efficacy of skin disinfectant. Result The average survival numbers of natural bacteria on medical staff＇s hands was 〈 2 cfu/ cm^2 ; after they used Jia Run brand skin disinfectant for three times, and still 〈5 cfu/cm^2 at 120 min later. When the doctors and nurses washed their hands with standard washing method and disinfected by swashes brand disinfectant, the average survival numbers of natural bacteria on hands was 〈 2 cfu/cm^2 ; and 〈 5 cfu/cm^2 120 min later. There was no difference between two disinfection methods （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion There was no difference in the disinfecting efficacy between two hands - washing disinfection methods, but it was simple, time saving with the method of Jia Run brand skin disinfectant.
