摘　　要：图书馆信息化建设是以馆藏信息资源建设、数据库建设和信息传播服务建设为主要内容的全面的信息化建设。图书馆信息化建设的重点是以现代信息技术为手段的馆藏信息资源建设。馆藏信息资源建设中的风险包括技术上:数字信息资源分散与整合的风险;经济上:资金不足与投入产出效益差额的风险;法律上:知识产权风险;文化上:吸收外来文化和保持文化独特性的风险。每种风险都有其相应的规避措施。Library information construction is comprehensive information construction,taking collections building, database building and the construction of information dissemination services as the main contents. The focus of library information construction is the construction of collection of information resources with modern information technology as the means. Risks of constructing collection of information resources include decentralized and integrated risks of digital information resources; shortage of funds and the difference between the input efficiency and output efficiency; risks of intellectual property; risks of absorbing foreign culture and maintaining cultural distinctiveness. Each risk has its corresponding avoidance measure.
