摘　　要：国内图书馆界由于对政府信息的重要性缺乏认识和对公共图书馆职能认知不清晰,在对政府信息公开的认识上存在某些误区。《政府信息公开条例》的颁布施行,将给公共图书馆的发展带来契机。公共图书馆应该转变观念,打破瓶颈,发挥其专业优势,提供深度服务,缩小信息鸿沟,提升事业认可度,拓展服务范围,形成互动服务机制,实现双赢。公共图书馆在为政府信息公开服务的过程中,将进一步融入社会公众生活,成为现代政治制度不可缺少的一部分。Domestic library circle doesn＇t realize the importance of government information and hasn＇t clear cognition of functions of public library, which leads to its misunderstanding of government＇s information openness. The issue and execution of ＂The Decree of Government Information Openness＂ brings turning point for the public library. Public libraries should change their concepts, exert their professional advantages, provide further services, narrow the information gap, enhance recognition of the cause, expand the scope of services, form interactive mechanism and achieve win-win situation. In the course of serving government＇s information openness, public libraries will be further integrated into the public life, and become an indispensable part of modern political system.
