摘　　要：医学外文文献信息的获取,已成为医学领域在适应信息化社会发展要求、推进医学科研进程中必须面对的现实问题。目前,国内医学专业信息需求大,医学文献资源互补程度高,网络获取医学文献全文的必要性突出,《外文生物医学期刊文献服务系统》(FMJS)为高校图书馆的馆际互借带来了发展机遇,对提高医学外文文献资源保障发挥了巨大的作用。The access of medical professionals to foreign medical document resources has become the requirement of medical field to adapt to information society development, and practical issue to advance medical scientific research, This paper analyzes current situation of foreign medical document resources and interlibrary loan in the university library, discussy the characteristics of Foreign Medical Journal Full- Text Service（FMJS）, FMJS brings developmental opportunities for interlibrary loan of university libraries and obvious improvement for the foreign medical document resources,
