摘　　要：我国行政主体理论的反思性研究尚存局限,需要转换研究视角来关注行政主体的内在结构。我国行政主体的内在结构包含职权、名义与责任三个基本要素,它们之间分离与冲突的情形多样存在,对我国行政主体理论形成重大挑战。我国现行法制中包含的基本规则对于协调与处理三个要素之间的关系,完善行政主体理论,促进我国行政法学体系的发展具有重要意义。There are some limitations in the self- reflection study on the theory of the present administrative subject, and it is necessary to change study pathway. There are three essential elements in the internal structure of the presentadministrative subject, namely, power, name and responsibility. However, many abruptions and conflictions which lie in three elements challenge the theory of the present administrative subject. Of course, some basal rules which are contained in the present administrative law system will harmonize the relations of three elements. Accordingly, study on the internal structure of administrative subject will ameliorate the theory continually.
