中医护理对外固定器治疗三踝骨折术后患者的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中医护理对外固定器治疗三踝骨折术后愈合的影响。方法将60例外固定器治疗三踝骨折术后患者随机分为实验组和对照组各30例,对照组实施常规护理,实验组在对照组实施常规护理基础上,给予实施中医饮食调护、中药离子导入治疗及专人协助功能锻炼;比较两组患者术后发生针孔感染、骨折愈合情况等。结果实验组较对照组针孔感染症状轻,两组比较,均P<0.01,差异有统计学意义;实验组平均骨折愈合时间(34.9±12.1)d,对照组为(50.7±15.6)d,实验组骨折愈合时间短于对照组,两组比较,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论中医护理可减少外固定器治疗三踝骨折术后患者发生针孔感染,缩短骨折愈合时间。Objective To explore the effect of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine on the patients with trimalleolar fracture in the post-operation treatment by external fixation. Methods A total of 60 patients with trimalleolar fi＇aeture treated by external fixation were randomly divided into the treatment group（n=30） and the control group（n=30）. The eontrol group received regular conventional nursing, while the treatment group received Chinese medicine diet nursing iontophoresis of Chinese medicine and physical training helped by special person, in addition to regular nursing. The infection of needle wound and the fiacture healing were compared between the two groups. Results There was significant difference in the infection of needle, which was slighter in the treatment group （P 〈 0.01）. The healing time of humerus was 34.9±12.1d in the treatment group, and 50.7±15.6d in the control group. The difference was significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Nursing method of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in the post-operation treatment of trimalleolar fracture treated by external fixation can reduce the infection of needle and shorten the healing time of fracture.
