摘  要:阐述了应用于GIS标准化存储的语言GML、适用于网络传播的可缩放矢量图形SVG以及专用于Google Earth客户端显示的语言KM,这三种标记语言各自的特征、优缺点以及各自应用范围。并在详细介绍IEC61968新增的对GML的支持包-GML_Support中各个类作用的基础上,提出了一种基于CIM标准的GML+SVG的电力系统信息集成的图形系统框架,并对这种框架的应用作了简要介绍。GML (Geography Markup Language) is the language applied in the standard storage of GIS (Geographical Information System) ,and SVG(Scalable Vector Graphics)is adaptive to transmit graphics file on web, while KML (Keyhole Markup Language) is specially used for Google Earth. In this paper, GML,SVG and KML are discussed firstly, especially their advantage, disadvantage and their application field. Then, after introducing the GML_Support package which was added to the IEC61968 lately, the paper puts forward a graphics system framework of power system that is based on GML and SVG, and also the framework is accordant to CIM. Finally, the application of this framework is introduced briefly.
