摘　　要：企业物流组织作为物流活动的承担者,其结构的选择对于现代企业的发展非常重要。本文通过实证分析发现,不同的物流组织结构对物流绩效的影响并不十分显著,并由此推断出国外先进的一体化物流组织结构并没有必然带来高的物流绩效。我国在当前情况下,企业物流管理组织结构和模式的选择应本着实事求是、量力而行的原则。AS commitment of enterprise logistics organization＇s business Logistics, the structure of choice for the modern enterprise development and competitiveness of playing plays a very important role. The article by Empirical Analysis of the results found that the logistics of different organizational structure of the logistics performance is not very significant. So concluded that the organizational structure of integrated logistics is not necessarily a high logistics performance, In the current circumstances of our cotmtry, enterprise logistics management organizational structure and the mode of choice should follow the principle of seeking truth from facts and act according to its capabilities principle.
