摘　　要：在电子商务时代,企业内外部的运作方式将大为改观,企业对外的接口界面大大扩展,企业管理的内涵也得到进一步的延伸。随着网络计算技术的飞速发展,以及电子化企业管理思想的出现,企业管理软件也进行着不断的调整,以适应电子商务时代的来临。In e-business, great changes have taken place in the operating ways inside and outside the enterprises. Enterprises＇ outward contacts greatly expand, and the connotation of enterprises＇management further enlarges. With the rapid development of net technology and the emergence of e-business management ideology, the software of enterprise management changes accordingly adapt to the coming of e-business times.
