汽车制造企业供应物流的发展途径研究

摘　　要：作为源头的供应物流在整个汽车物流中起着举足轻重的作用,本文通过分析我国汽车制造企业供应物流的现状和存在的问题,提出将第三方物流引入汽车制造企业供应物流是优化我国汽车供应物流的关键。并结合目前我国第三方物流和汽车物流的现状及特点,提出重构供应物流运作方式,即实行"配送中心"和"循环取货"的供应模式。The paper analyzes the current situation of our automobile manufacturing enterprise. And the paper proposes that it＇s the key to optimizing the automobile supplying logistics to introduce the third-party logistics （TPL） to the supplying logistics of automobile manufacturing enterprise. Combining with the current situations and characteristics of our TPL and automobile logistics at present, the paper proposes reconstructing the operation way of the supplying logistics. That means to implement the supply modes about ＂distribution center＂ and ＂Milk-Run＂.
