试论科技推动北京循环经济发展

摘　　要：本文认为,科技进步支撑循环经济的发展;北京发展循环经济要立足科技创新,充分发挥科技资源优势,突破制约循环经济发展的技术障碍。科技发展与循环经济是相辅相成、相互促进、相互发展的关系。科技发展为循环经济实践提供手段和方法,推动循环经济实践活动由低水平不断向高水平发展;反过来,循环经济发展催生资源节约型、环境友好型的技术,指引科技发展的方向。文章还提出了北京发展循环经济的科技对策建议:一是加大科技投入,支持社会发展科技;二是产学研结合,有效集成研究力量;三是强化技术共享,建设社会发展科技基础设施与条件平台;四是广泛开展国际技术开发合作。The authors put forward that advances in science and technology can provide important support for the development of circular economy. The development of Beijing＇s circular economy should be developed on the basis of innovation in science and technology. And we should give full play to the role of advantages in resources of science and technology and break through technological barriers that hinder the development of circular economy.
