摘  要:目的:建立痕量六价铬测定的新方法。方法:通过酸式氧化铝微柱在线分离富集,实现了流动注射在线分离富集-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定痕量六价铬。结果:优化了流动注射测定条件,研究了共存离子的干扰。本法的检出限为0.70μg/L,对10.0μg/L六价铬测定8次的相对标准偏差为2.96%,平均回收率为101.1%,分析速度为33样/h,富集倍数为10倍。结论:本法简便、快速、准确,灵敏度、精密度和自动化程度高。适用于痕量六价铬的测定。Objietive:To establish a new method for determination of trace chromium( Ⅵ ). Methods:A method for the determination of trace chromium( Ⅵ ) by flow injection on - line separation and preconcentration with inductively coupled plasma - atomic emission spectrometry using on a microcolumn packed with alumina( acidic form) was developed. Results :The working parameters were discussed and optimized. The interference of co - existing ions had been studied. The detection limit was 0. 70 μg,/ L. The relative standard deviations was 2. 96% at 10. 0 μg,/L chromium( Ⅵ ) ( n = 8). The average recovery was 101.1%. Analytical frequency was 33 samples/h. The concentration enhancement of Cr( Ⅵ ) was 10 times. Conclusion: The method is simple, quick, accurate and sensitive. It is feasible for determination of trace chromium( Ⅵ ).
