摘 要:目的:建立一种用分光光度法测定核黄素碘盐碘含量的方法。方法:在酸性条件下,加入的次氯酸钠将样品中的碘离子氧化成碘酸根,草酸除去多余的次氯酸钠,碘酸根氧化碘化钾析出碘,使溶液呈现黄色,以样品基体色作参比,从而排除核黄素干挠。结果:用分光光度法测定核黄素碘盐,碘含量在0-160μg呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9997,相对标准偏差在1.63%-2.77%,回收率为89.5%-101.2%,最低检出限为0.62μg。若取10.0 g样品,则最低检出浓度为0.25 mg/kg。结论:与国标氧化还原滴定法比较,分光光度法测定核黄素碘盐碘含量,排除了由于核黄素本身颜色的影响而出现的干扰,具有准确、快速等优点。Objective: A method for the determination of iodine content in riboflavin - iodinated salt was studied, Methods: oxidized by NaClO in acidic solution, iodine - ion could turn to iodine then 12 could be extracted under KI oxidized condition, solution emerged yellow, iodine content couldn't interfere by riboflavin. Results:Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0 - 160 μg, relational coefficient being r = 0. 9997, The relative standard deviation was in the range of 1.63% - 2.77%. The recovery was 89. 5% - 101. 2%, The detection limit was 0. 62 μg.The lowest detection concentration was 0. 25 mg/kg, Conclusion: Compare with Oxidation- reduction titration method, the determination of iodine content couldn't interfered by riboflavin. The method is simple and accurate and it is suitable for determining iodine content.
