北京市大兴区1999年-2006年麻疹风疹检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的：分析北京市大兴区1999年-2006年麻疹、风疹的流行特征。方法：对大兴区辖区内1999年-2006年的麻疹、风疹病例的流行病学资料和实验室检测结果进行分析。结果：麻疹在2004年之前发病率低且平稳，2004年后呈明显上升趋势，以外地流动人口为主；风疹发病率一直保持平稳，外地、本地人口均有发生。结论：加强宣传教育，提高流动人口的计划免疫和人员集中单位的管理工作。Objective： To analyze the epidemic character of measles and rubella in Daxing District during 1999 2006. Methods：The epidemic data and the testing results on Measles ＆ Rubella in Daxing District during 1999 -2006 were analyzed. Results：The measles incidence was low and steady before 2004. It rose obviously after 2004 and the main reason was that the incidence was high among the floating population from outside areas. The rubella incidence maintained always steady, it happened in inside people and outside people. Concluslon：It is important to enhance health education and to increase the coverage for vaccination among the floating population.
