摘　　要：带虚指"他"的句子可表示为"V+他+P(数)",它是双及物句式的一种;"他"并非冗余,而有语义语用上的作用;该句式具有非现实性与完整性的语义特征;由于"V+他+P(数)"的语义限制,该句式在句法上也有相应的限制,如不能带完成体标记"了",常常与表示意愿的情态动词连用等;"V+他+P(数)"内部可根据数量短语的不同分成五个不同的小类。The structure ＂V ＋ ＇ta＇ ＋ P（num）＂ is one of the ditransitive constructions in Chinese; the ＂ta＂ is not redundant and it highlights the will of the agent. Due to the semantic limit of ＂V ＋ ＇ ta＇ ＋ P （num） ＂, it can＇ t appear with the aspectual marker of completement ＂le＂ ; The structure ＂V ＋ ＇ ta＇ ＋ P（num）＂ consists of five subclasses according to different Number Phrases.
