摘 要:以绒毛白蜡成熟胚和茎段为外植体,研究了培养基、激素组合对繁殖系数和生长的影响,适合绒毛白蜡离体繁殖的培养基为WPM培养基,胚萌发率为100%,4—5天萌发成幼苗;最适分化培养基为MS+BA4.0.6.0mg/L+NAA2.0mg/L,分化率为39.29%,平均增殖系数为3.59;生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA1.5mg/L,生根率达65.0%。Take the mature embryo of Fraxinus velutina and stem segment as explant. And the effect of media, combinations of different growth regulators on the propaggation coefficients and growth were studied. The result showed that the WPM was the best suit for propagation of Fraxinus velutina. The bourgeoning rate of embryo was 100% and growed to yoUng plant in 6 - 7days. MS + BA4. 0 - 6.0mg/L + NAA2.0mg/L was suitble for bud differentiation with a differentiating rate of 39.29%, and the average coefficient of multiplication was 3.59. The rooting medium was 1/2MS + IBA1.5mg/L, and the rooting rate was 65.0%.
