摘　　要：冷轧酸洗线开卷机启卷器的作用是将原料卷的带头剥开,并将其夹持送入夹送辊和直头机。本文分析了某酸洗机组中由于启卷器液压系统与电气控制程序上设计的缺陷而导致的一起事故,并提出了解决办法。The head end of the coil will be peeled from the coil and clamped by coil opener and carried to the pinch roll of the processor This paper introduces a special malfunction of the coil opener and analyzes this bug in design of the hydraulic system and electric system.
