补肾调周法对PCO大鼠排卵障碍干预的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾调周法对PCO模型大鼠血清睾酮、胰岛素水平的影响,探讨补肾调周法对PCO模型大鼠排卵功能障碍的作用机制。方法:将60只大鼠随机分为6组,正常对照组、模型对照组、克罗米芬组、补肾调周高、中、低剂量组,每组各10只。除正常对照组外其余各组采用孕激素加HCG进行造模。各组连续灌胃16天,放射免疫法测定各组血清睾酮(T)、胰岛素(INS)水平,并对卵巢进行组织形态学观察。结果:补肾调周法治疗PCO大鼠能有效降低其空腹血清睾酮(T)、胰岛素(1NS)水平。与模型对照组相比,其颗粒细胞层数增多,黄体组织数量增加。结论:补肾调周法可降低PCO大鼠血清雄激素、胰岛素的水平,具有整体调节下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴的作用,使卵巢恢复排卵功能。Objective： To observe the influence of method of invigorating kidney to regulate testosterone and insulin of PCO Rat, then to approach the mechanism of method of invigorating menstrual cycle on kidney to regulate menstrual cycle on Ovulation Failure of PCO Rat. Method： 60 rats had been chosen and divided into 6 groups randomly, which were normal control group, model control group, Clomifene group, invigorating kidney to regulate menstrual cycle low dose group, midium dose group and high dose group. Each group included 10 PCO rats. Except for normal control group, lutin and HCG were given to the other groups. Administer drugs by intragastric administration for 16 days. Determine testosterone and insulin with radio-immunity. At the same time observe histomorphology of ovaries. Result： Testosterone （T） on an empty stomach and insulin were degraded effectively after being treated by method of invigorating kidney to regulate menstrual cycle on PCO Rat. The granular cell layer number in the treatment groups was more than that in normal control group, and corepus luteum tissue increased. Conclusion： Method of invigorating kidney to regulate menstrual cycle can decrease PCO rat＇s androgen and insulin, regulate axis of hypothalamus-appendix cerebri-ovaries, and recover ovulating function.
