摘  要:通过对LY12CZ铝合金激光焊接焊缝的金相组织分析、显微硬度测试,研究在适当控制CO2连续激光器焊接工艺参数的条件下,焊接前对试样表面涂覆气焊熔剂预处理工艺对焊缝质量的影响。研究结果表明,焊接前试样表面先黑化再涂覆CJ401气焊熔剂,与焊接前只进行黑化处理试样的焊缝相比,晶界明显变细,显微硬度明显提高,无气孔、裂纹和塌陷缺陷。同时由于焊缝的退火效应、高温下镁的蒸发以及强化相析出等原因,焊缝的显微硬度和基体相比有所下降。Through metallographic analysis ,test of micro-hardness toward the LY12CZ's weld by laser, how to control technics parameters about welding LY12CZ by CO2 laser generator and to use pretreatment for perfect weld are studied. The studied resulds show that comparing with the specimen only being blackened, the weld of the specimen being blackened before painted CJ401 gas welding flux is better. The grain bound is narrower and the micro-hardness is apparently improved. There was no air holes, cracks and excessive penetration in the weld. For the anneal effect, evaporation of Mg and the separation of the strengthen elements, hardness of the weld has declined compared to substrate.
