关于城乡社会保障一体化的理论综述

摘　　要：构建和谐社会,促进社会经济持续、健康的发展离不开社会保障。而我国的社会保障建设主要侧重于城镇,农村尚未实现真正意义的社会保障,城乡社会保障制度呈现出明显的二元分割状态。本文通过对我国关于城乡社会保障一体化问题的研究进行梳理和归纳,对我国城乡社会保障一体化问题进行理论思考,提出根据地区差异推进城乡社会保障一体化建议。Social securities are indispensable in building a harmonious society, promoting the sustainable and healthy development of both economy and society. The key area in China＇s social security development is in rural areas where there is no real social securities and the dualistic segmentation of social scurities between urban and rural areas is evident. Through summarizing researches that had been made on the integration of rural and urban social securities and furthering thoughts on the respect, it was suggested in the paper that the integration should be carried out according to the differences between two areas.
