摘 要:以自制混合呼吸测量仪进行活性污泥好氧呼吸测量,评估了pH值和Cu2+、Zn2+、Cr6+对活性污泥的急性抑制作用.结果表明,pH值从7.73降至3.73时,污泥活性受到轻微抑制,说明活性污泥对酸性环境有较强的耐受性.Cu2+、Zn2+和Cr6+对活性污泥有不同的抑制特性;多次测量得到的抑制率-浓度关系拟合结果较一致,相关性指标R2多在0.98以上.Cu2+、Cr6+和Zn2+的半抑制浓度(IC50)分别为3.24,54.40,957.70mg/L.变动系数(CV)分别为5.56%,9.71%,44.78%[Zn2+的20%抑制浓度(IC20)的CV为18.59%].Using self-developed hybrid respirometer to measure oxygen uptake of activated sludge. The acute inhibition effect of pH and Cu^2+, Zn^2+, Cr^6+ on activated sludge (AS) was evaluated. When pH value was lowered from 7.73 to 3.73 AS was inhibited slightly. This revealed the relatively strong acid endurance of AS. Cu^2+, Zn^2+, Cr^6+ had different inhibition characteristics on AS. The fitting results of inhibitory percentage-concentration relationships obtained from three parallel experiments for each heavy metal were relatively identical. Most of the R^2 values exceeded 0.98. IC50 (50% inhibitory concentration) of Cu^2+, Cr^6+ and Zn^2+ to AS were 3.24, 54.40 and 957.70 mg/L, respectively, which were within the range previously reported in the literature. The corresponding coefficients of variation were 5.56%,9.71%,44.78% (18.59% for IC20 of Zn^2+), respectively, which were better than most of those reported in literature.
