关于党和国家形象对外表述的若干问题

摘　　要：党和国家形象是我国"软实力"的重要表现。对外表述党和国家形象,首先应科学把握若干重要关系,包括党的形象和国家形象的关系,官方正式表述、领导人个性表述和民间日常表述的关系,对外表述和对内表述的关系等;其次,要着力体现党和国家形象的基本内涵,切实遵循对外传播的主要原则;最后,还应站在维护国家安全和利益的高度,制定党和国家形象对外表述的总体战略,并完善相关配套措施。The images of the Communist Party of China and the nation are the important performance of our country＇ s ＂soft power＂. Firstly, For the foreign expression of the Party＇s and the National images, some important relations should be made clear. They include the relation between the image of the Party and that of the Nation; the relation between the formal official expression, the leaders＇ individual expression and the folk daily expression; the relation between the foreign expression and the national expression, etc. Secondly, the foreign expression should stress to indicate the basic connotation of the Party＇ s and the National images, and follow the main principles of foreign dissemination. Finally, the foreign expression of the Party＇s and the National images should safeguard the National security and benefit; the general principles of the foreign expression should be made, and the relevant accessory facilities should be disposed.
