摘  要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚二元醇(N220)、蓖麻油(C.O.)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为主要原料,合成了蓖麻油改性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯(CPUA)复合乳液,研究了蓖麻油添加量对乳液及涂膜性能的影响。实验结果表明,蓖麻油与N220的—OH基团物质的量比(X)在1∶5-1∶3之间,乳液黏度、涂膜柔韧性、吸水率、力学性能等均较好。Castor oil modified polyurethane -acrylate(CPUA) hybrid emulsion was synthesized with isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI) , polyether diol (N220) , castor oil ( C. O. ) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) used as main raw materials. The effects of castor oil content on the properties of CPUA and its coatings film were investigated. It was found that properties of emulsion and film, such as viscosity, film flexibility, moisture absorption and mechanical properties shows good when X is between 1.5 and 1.3 (X is the mole ratio of OH group in castor oil and polyether diol).
