摘  要:在FEVE涂料中加入改性微粉,获得低表面能氟碳复合涂料。采用测试疏液角脱模力及表面粘结力的方法研究氟碳复合涂料的耐粘性,结果表明改性微粉和助剂的加入,显著增强了FEVE涂料的耐粘性。而红外跟踪分析及表面微观结构分析得出30%微粉含量的复合涂层具有最佳的不粘性能。The title composite non -stick fluorocarbon coatings was prepared based on FEVE coatings mixed with modification micro powder. The blocking resistance of the coatings was investigated by the tests of contact angle, stripping force and the adhesion. The results showed that the blocking resistance of the fluorocarbon coatings was enhanced by incorporation of the micro powder and promoters. The composite non - stick coating that contains 30% PTFE powder showed the best non - stick performance by IR spectra and the study of surface morphology.
