摘  要:遵循"离散设备优先动作,连续设备精细调节"的原则,以变电站母线电压上下限为协调约束,提出了一种基于协调约束实时更新的厂站协调电压控制方案。首先在变电站侧增加虚拟调相机,通过站内协调,在给出离散设备控制策略的同时,得到虚拟调相机的期望无功出力;然后,按照控制等价原则,将虚拟调相机无功出力转换为实时更新的协调约束,并加入到本区域的协调二级电压控制(CSVC)模型中统一求解,该CSVC模型无离散变量,避免了混合整数规划问题的求解。所述成果已在国内多个网、省级电网得到实际应用。According to the coordinated control principle-" firstly adjusting discrete variable, then refining continuous variable", an efficient real-time coordinated control scheme, which chooses bus voltage limits in the substation as coordinated constraints and updates these constraints simultaneously , is presented to coordinate the voltage control variables among power plants and substations. Firstly, a dummy condenser is added in the side of substation, then the expected Mvar outputs of the dummy condenser and control strategies of the discrete devices in the substation are obtained by expert rules. The expected Mvar output is then converted into the updated real-time constraints on coordinated variables, which are included in the regional coordinated secondary voltage control (CSVC) model. This CSVC model doesn' t include discrete variables, so avoids to solve a mixed-integer programming problem. The proposed approach has already been implemented in several regional /provincial power grids in China, and shows higher control reliability.
