摘 要:甘蔗组培苗经多种培养基进行丛芽增殖,筛选出效果好的两种培养基继代,设计多种组培苗基数的增殖试验,同时观察温度对组培苗增值效果的影响。结果表明:在植物生长调节剂(本文称“激素”,下同)含量高低不同的培养基中轮换继代,有利于保持组培苗的活力;继代基数以3苗以上苗丛增殖数量多;在24-35℃范围内,随着温度升高,丛芽增殖时间提早,速度加快。The clumpy buds of tissue culture sugarcane plantlets were proliferated in various media and two better media were chosen for subculture. The trials on appropriate cardinal numbers of plantlets,ere carried out. The effects of temperature on the increasing rate of tissue culture plantlets were studied. The results showed that rotatable subculture in different media varied in concentrations of plant growth regulators might help maintain vitality of the plantlets. The preferable number of plantlets transferred for subculture seemed to be above 3.Prol iferation of clumpy buds would start earlier and increasing rate quicken as the culture temperature rose in the range of 24 - 35℃.
