摘  要:在翻衬过程中,由于管状纺织复合材料的管径小于原管道的内径,或原管道存在变形,要求管状纺织复合材料受压后在环向有一定的应变,从而使其紧贴在管壁上。通过有限元方法对管状纺织复合材料翻衬时的应力与应变情况进行了分析,用计算机模拟的应力应变值来评判管状纺织复合材料在一定翻衬压力下是否达到了工程要求的应变,当管状纺织复合材料几何参数和材料参数一定时,通过有限元分析修复管道管径的范围。采用定负荷拉伸试验对有限元分析的结果进行了验证,其试验值与有限元模拟值基本吻合。The tubular textile composites as the liner is inversed in the pipeline by gas or water pressure so that the damaged pipeline can be rehabilitated.During inversion,because the diameter of the tubular textile material is less than that of the pipeline,or the pipeline is distorted,so the annulus displacement of the tubular textile composites due to pressure is necessary,then the tubular textile composites can cling tight to the pipeline wall.The paper analyzed the stress and strain of the tubular textile composites during inversion through the finite element analysis,through the stress and strain simulated by computer,whether the strain meets the requirement of the engineering can be judged.So when the geometry and material parameters are certain,the scope of diameter of pipeline that the tubular textile composites can repair is confined.And through tensile test under a certain load,the result of the finite element analysis is verified,and the test result shows that the data of the test are consistent with that of the finite element analysis.
